Policies

• Deposits are required to secure an appointment time.
• Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable once an appointment time is confirmed.
• In the event of rescheduling, deposits may be commuted to secure a future appointment time with 24 hours notice prior to original scheduled appointment time.
• Deposits are forfeited if client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, if client does not show up for scheduled appointment without notice, or if client shows up to appointment unable to be tattooed be

• Appointments are limited to 4 hours.
• 5pm appointments are limited to 2 hours.
• For tattoos requiring multiple sessions, please allow 3 weeks minimum in-between session for healing.

No refunds will be given, all sales are final.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit their deposit. Clients who don’t show up for scheduled appointment time without notice may be charged a $100 cancellation fee, along with forfeited deposit, and also may be responsible for financial compensation of time lost.

• Drawings will be ready at the time of appointment. 
• There may be an extra charge to view your design before the scheduled appointment.

Certain health conditions or skin damage may prevent a client from safely receiving a tattoo. If you are sick or not feeling well, please contact to reschedule. Ask a doctor before getting a tattoo. 

I will not tattoo:

• any persons under 18 years of age
• any persons intoxicated
• any persons pregnant
• a design/area that will heal/look poorly
• hate symbols
• gang symbols
• any persons against their will 
• on sunburnt or otherwise damaged skin
• in a situation that could risk a person’s health/safety

I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason; including skin damage/condition, health conditions, client intoxication, pregnancy, age, design, placement, style, demeanor, or undisclosed reasons.
